process

Step 1 – Interview #1 with one of our HR specialists

Our process begins with an in-depth discussion with one member of our recruitment team. We’ll discuss your background, skills and career aspirations, while introducing you to the Formind culture, our values and our expertise. We’re looking for both skills and a personality that will fit in and flourish with our teams in the long term.

Step 2: Interview #2 with a manager

The aim of this stage is to assess your specific skills in the field, your professional experience and to discuss how you could make a significant contribution to our team and our customers’ projects. For technical positions, you may be presented with a specific challenge to resolve. This is also an opportunity for you to gain a better understanding of the role and expectations associated with the target position, as well as the tasks you could perform.

Step 3: Interview #3 with an associate

This exchange allows us to deepen our mutual understanding, explore your expectations further and present you with prospects for development within Formind. It’s also an opportunity for you to gain strategic insight into our vision and objectives.

Support from the moment you join Formind

During your first few days at Formind, we set up a complete integration program to provide you with optimum support.

  • Assigning you a sponsor
  • Assigning you a dedicated HR consultant
  • Setting up an integration program during the first month
  • Reinforced support during the trial period and throughout your career with the company

And to kick-start the integration process, a welcome breakfast is organized on the day of your arrival to introduce you to all the Forminders.

 

Internships

  • Personalized support
    We welcome you to join us for training, to help you develop your skills and learn our profession. What’s more, you’ll be working on security issues that will add real value to the firm’s work.
  • A long-term training course
    We are committed to a long-term approach. Most of our internships have a pre-employment orientation. At the end of your internship, you may have the opportunity to join us on a permanent contract.
