Objectives

The primary objective is to implement an identity management tool that will improve processes and practices through a major shift in the system/industry.

Description of the mission

We were asked to assist the IAM project manager as Lead Architect (in Europe) from the design to the implementation phases.

Step-by-step process:

• Validate IAM requirements (within each branch)
• Define the group’s identity management guidelines
• Create the IAM Functional specifications document
• Management and Validation of functional architectures for cross-functional IAM projects
